This policy explains how TnG Enterprises (“TnG”, “we”) handles personal data collected through this website, www.tngsmartfactory.com. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the rules made under it.

TnG Enterprises is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected on this website.

2. What we collect
When you send the enquiry form: your name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, and optionally your email, city, number of machines, product interest and message.
When you browse: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the website.
Spam protection: the enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Turnstile processes limited technical signals for this purpose only.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.
3. Why we use it
We use enquiry details only to:
- reply to your enquiry, and arrange a demonstration or quotation you asked for;
- keep a record of the enquiry and our reply.
We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you send the form.
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the website and deliver your enquiry to us (website hosting and spam protection by Cloudflare; email delivery provider [owner to confirm]). They act on our instructions. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then for up to 3 years as a business record, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. [Owner to confirm the retention period.]
6. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing already done);
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity;
- raise a grievance with us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Security
The website is served only over HTTPS. The enquiry form is protected against automated abuse, and enquiry data is sent directly to our business email. Access is limited to TnG staff who handle enquiries.
8. Children
This website is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
9. Customer portal and plant dashboards
This policy covers the public website only. The TnG Company Portal and plant dashboards (customer login) are covered by the agreement with each customer.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
